Our organisation has used the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre numerous times over the last number of years for training sessions and we have been very happy with all aspects of the venue and the service we have received from the staff. The size and layout of the rooms make for a very professional and comfortable training day; the service of the staff from initial booking through to the training day itself is second to none and we have had nothing but positive feedback from any of our clients who have attended training here. We would highly recommend this venue and have been so impressed with them that we have chosen to run a large number of our upcoming courses in the Centre.

We have been holding regular professional meetings in the DDRC for over 3 years now and are always very satisfied with the standard of service we receive.
The high standard of the facilities and the privacy afforded to us during meetings makes the DDRC a perfect location for our Council of Management meetings. Over the years, the variety of meeting rooms available for use has allowed us to book the DDRC for a range of purposes including presentations, interviews, staff training and one to one meetings.
The staff at the DDRC have always been very accommodating when arranging our bookings, organising refreshments and managing our members calling to reception.
Our organisation are delighted to recommend the DDRC to anyone looking for a high quality, professional and confidential setting to hold their meetings.

I am writing to thank the Dublin International Arbitration Centre for the excellent experience I had as counsel in a 12-day ICC arbitration merits hearing held in your premises this year.
The arbitration involved more than 25 fact and expert witnesses, several thousand electronic and paper documentary exhibits, very large counsel teams, and required the use of Chinese and Spanish translators. Despite these logistical challenges, the Centre met and exceeded our expectations.
The Centre accommodated special requests from the Tribunal and counsel: from break-out room needs, to furniture demands and dietary restrictions. The staff were at all times unfailingly helpful and friendly.
Having our hearing in Dublin and using the Centre also represented excellent value for money when compared to holding the hearing in other popular European cities.
In addition, Dublin itself provided a very convivial setting with excellent restaurants, hotels and good infrastructure support. Our witnesses were unusually happy to be forced to spend time in such a charming city.
I have no hesitation in recommending Dublin as a venue in future arbitrations and look forward to returning soon.

“We had a significant number of arbitrations in the DDRC over the last six months and found the facilities to be really very good. The facilities are what one would expect from a modern business centre. There is plenty of room for ‘break out’. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. We will, undoubtedly, be back.”

“I am very happy to highly recommend the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre. I use it for hosting consultations, arbitrations and mediations. It is accessible, well maintained and has good facilities. The outstanding feature of it are the staff. They are helpful, friendly and service orientated. It is a most useful addition to the Distillery Building.
